Spencer Crow, 6, of Towanda played with a hose while washing his grandmother Linda Mesch car with his brother Parker, 4, on North Morris Avenue in Bloomington Thursday. Crow’s father James is a volunteer firefighter in Towanda and Linda said that ”Spencer likes pretending to put out fires.” With temperatures nearing 100 degrees, cooling down with a garden hose was a good idea Thursday.
